ROYAL FAMILY SCHOOLS

The Living Proof of Education's Power (Our Managing Director Life Story)

"My mother and my father never went to school. I was born number 5 in a family of 8 children, where all my 4 elders didn't go to school. When the time came for me to start my journey, my parents didn’t take me to Muhida primary school; I went myself for school registration.

During registration, teachers called my parents to come to school to support me, but they refused to come. They did not refuse out of a lack of love, but out of a paralyzing fear born from deep poverty; they were terrified that stepping foot on the campus would burden them with school fees they simply could not afford.

I managed to overcome the poverty and other school struggles during my primary school studies, and finally finished primary school education and passed the national exams (NECTA) with flying colors. I was then selected to join Moshi Technical Secondary School, a special school for talented students, located in Moshi town, Kilimanjaro region of Tanzania. I also managed to graduate secondary school education with outstanding results.

After my secondary education, instead of joining high school education, I opted to join Arusha Technical College in Arusha. Among the push factors for the decision made was due to my fear of paying tuition if I joined high school, which was contrary to technical colleges where students were fully offered government financial support.

After 3 years, I graduated with a Full Technician Certificate (FTC) in Automotive Engineering from Arusha Technical College with distinction. I then pursued an advanced diploma in Mechanical Engineering at Dar es Salaam Institute of Technology (DIT) under government sponsorship, which was completed in 2004 with flying colors.

I later secured employment in global mining companies. While under employment, I underwent several career development programs such as a Degree in Management at Cape Town University in South Africa, a postgraduate diploma in Business Management at Regenesys Business School in South Africa, later further studies in Advanced Root Cause Analysis on Behavioral Change at TapRooT in the USA, and then a master's degree in Business Administration from ESAMI.”

My motivation to open schools was inspired by my life experience; I wanted to transform the lives of others just as how my life has been transformed through education. We are here to prove to the world that your background can never lock down your destiny when you combine education, hard work, and the grace of Jesus Christ.
