THE ROLE
As a Basic Mathematics Teacher
(i)You will do more than just teach formulas; you will bring mathematical concepts to life.
(ii) You will be responsible for delivering high-quality instructions, mentoring students, and potentially guiding junior faculty within the department. This role is ideal for a veteran educator who thrives on teaching advanced concepts such as Calculus, Statistics, and possesses a proven track record of boosting student engagement and achievement. Key Responsibilities (iii) Plan, prepare, and deliver rigorous, engaging lessons in advanced mathematics to upper-level students. (iv) Design and implementation of innovative math curricula aligned with national standards. (v) Utilize diverse teaching methodologies to support all learning styles, stretching high-achievers while supporting those who need extra guidance. (v) Analyze student performance metrics to refine instructional strategies and improve learning outcomes. (vi) Extracurricular Engagement by supporting math clubs, Olympiads, or competitive math teams.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
i. Bachelor’s degree in Physics and Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s degree or higher preferred) ii. A minimum of three (03) years of successful experience teaching o level candidate classes iii. Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in preparing students for external examinations iv. Soft Skills: Outstanding communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
